What it keeps

Your .als remembers the result. Recall remembers the work.

What Recall keeps, and where

Why I made it
Gavin BergerMaker of Recall

I wanted to know what I actually do when I make music. Which ideas do I come back to? How does one version of a song turn into the next? Where does my time go in Ableton?

I was studying computer science while making music, so I started building a way to answer those questions. Recall keeps a local history of my sets, sessions, and changes. It began as a way to understand my own process, and it’s grown into the set of tools I want around me when I’m making music.

Stop guessing how you made it.
